Dear Friends and Family,
What a full Summer season it has been! We're grateful for every one of you who prays for us, gives toward this work, and follows our family’s journey and this ministry.
Here's a glimpse into our June ☀️ and July. 🇺🇸
JUNE
Kane's Disney Adventure
Thanks to my Dad and Step-Mom, Kane got to experience the magic of Disney World! After their visit to our baby shower in New Hampshire, they gifted Kane with a ten day trip to Disney. Flew to NH from FL to pick him up and drop him off! Kane had the time of his life! He got to have lunch and dance with Mickey. Be featured in one of the Lion King shows as well as have dinner and see fireworks in the Disney princess castle! Moments like these remind us how grateful we are to those who saw that Kane needed a little magic in his life.
Many Hospital Visits
June also brought a season of hospital visits within our His Mansion community. Rune had to run to the hospital more than ten times unexpectedly to help the male residents. We won't pretend this was easy, but we've felt the Lord's presence and your prayers carrying us through. Praise the Lord, most of the health concerns have been healed!
Baby Madeline Turned One Month

And in the midst of it all, we paused to celebrate our girl turning one month old! It's hard to believe she's growing so fast. She has been such a tangible reminder that even in seasons of exhaustion and uncertainty, God is knitting together new life and new mercy for those who trust in Him. We are so grateful for your prayers for Kane to transition well as a big brother, he has been so kind and loving to baby Madeline. We have been soaking in every bit of this newborn season.
JULY
Celebrating the 4th of July
We marked Independence Day with a cookout, watched fireworks in Alton Bay and spent time together with our close friends from church. It was a sweet time of rest, remembering the freedom we celebrate as a nation.
Aaron's Cake Day
July also brought a special celebration for Aaron's Cake Day.
Cake Day is a lunch time

gathering of the His Mansion community to recognize the completion of the time dedicated to being a servant leader at His Mansion. A servant leader is a volunteer who comes to His Mansion to gain ministry experience by living in the dorms with the recovering men and women to walk with them daily encouraging them along their journey. Rune had gotten close to Aaron throughout his journey of being a servant leader. Rune had the pleasure of making a speech for Aaron at the celebration.
Men's Graduation

We celebrated as two more of the men, whom we had got very close to as a family, completed the program and graduated this July. Each graduation is a picture of the gospel at work — lives once bound by addiction and heartache now walking in freedom and purpose. If you’d like to see their testimony, it is linked here. Please continue to pray for these men as they step into the next chapter.
More Women Joining the Program
We're also thankful to share that more women have entered the program this July. Every new arrival represents a story of courage — someone choosing to reach for hope and healing.
Would you join us in praying for these women as they begin this journey?
Thank you for being part of this story with us — through hospital hallways, graduation days, and the quiet moments of a one-month-old's first smile.
Your prayers and support make all of it possible.
We would be so honored if you would hold us in prayer in the coming weeks.
Specifically, we ask for:
Wisdom and strength for Rune as he supports our family while continuing to serve the men in the His Mansion program.
Pray for Rune and his ongoing studies in our Church internship.
Please continue to pray for the new men and women in the program (For confidentiality purposes we are unable to share their names and even significant details of their stories but we know the Lord knows their names.)
With gratitude,
Rune, Jocelyn, Kane & Baby Madeline
